Job Title: Customer support voice process
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Desired candidate profile:
Handling calls and resolving the quires.
Provide back and support to clients for Banking, and Insurance.
Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management.
Engaged handling inbound calls of different business units.
Provide world calls customer service.
Handling end to end transactions of reports.
Need to maintain accuracy in reports.
You would be engaged in shared services of different business units.
Education and Experience:
College Graduates or Undergraduates (any stream) with minimum 12 months of experience in an international call center preferably
Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
Should be open to work in any shift time – night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
No Cab Facility
