Responsible for management of all the leads generated by the unit
Drive the team for lead generation.
Liaising with the respective sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of the leads.
Ensure closure of converted leads in CRM Next.
Publish various MIS for all the products to drive the team.
Regular meetings with the fulfillment team for business planning.
Work on sales discrepancy and rejects along with the fulfillment unit.
Organize sales trainings by liaising with different fulfillment teams
Make customer visits for high value leads.
Staff should have completed minimum 1 year in current job role
Good communication skills
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
