HP Marketing Optimization (MO) is a vibrant and entrepreneurial new software organization within HP Inc. that consists of a number of established, as well as new and emerging, software businesses that are currently centered on optimizing every step of the customer engagement journey. HP MO applies the latest advanced technologies and innovation to the management of customer communications, digital experiences, contact center, and mobile and social engagement.

HP MO operates globally and has a strong, and growing, presence in Bangalore India were we have a wide range of functional groups that contribute to the success of the overall HP MO portfolio, including: R&D, Technical Support, Professional Services, Sales and pre-Sales.

Ensuring that key projects, processes and performance metrics are met,

Oversight for hiring, retention and growth of employees and enhancing the high performance culture,

Ensure compliance with local and state regulations and policies,

Provide HP MO Executives with managerial, and operative, guidance to maximize success of the MO India operation,

Qualifications:
A minimum of five years’ experience in site leadership of a large technology services organization, encompassing business management, planning and financial oversight. Software knowledge would be preferable.
A minimum of 3 years’ of experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and benefits administration
A minimum of 2 years’ of experience working cross-geography with senior executives
Proven skills in business and financial management
Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability supervise a staff team
Effective problem solving and mediation skills
