Job Description:

Advance level understanding of VAS domain, SS7 and telecom concepts
Advance level understanding of Infra – H/w , OS, DB & Networking concepts
Outstanding in Client /Partner management.
Good knowledge on of SMSC, USSD, WAP, Data Products and SMPP based application.
Good project management skills, able to handle multiple projects.
Exposure in ITIL based processes.
Hands on NOC tools and process.
Hands on Linux and Solaris in advance level
Monitoring the implementation & operation of defined controls and recommendations on an ongoing basis
Support all Project & Operations support
Understand operator’s working guidelines, technology, framework etc
Make policy changes as per guidelines given by Client
Patch updating and signature pattern updating required for firewall / IDS
Password Policy Enforcement & Server and Database hardening
Application of Security patches for OS / DB and other Applications Rigorous
Change Management with respect changes to App
Analyze the project feasibility from Operations point of view.
Manage the operational rollout of the product & Contribute to Brainstorming.
Gathering customer requirements and accordingly delivering the end product.
Managing, day to day, the operational scope of a project.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech/MCA

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
Strong interpersonal skills able to influence and motivate.
Good Documentation Skills, able create, review and update technical SOP and knowledge documents.
Good Presentation Skills; should be able to conduct/drive internal, team, client and vendor meetings independently.
Ability to manage partners /client
24X7 availability for team and client.
Should be able to work during off hours as required
