Job Title: Associate Executive – Customer Support

Attend the inbound calls received from customers
Collect the grievance/complaint query from the Customer and call back the Customer on the status of the product and also commit a tentative date on when the product will reach the customer
Alert the processing team on the commitment made and ask them to prioritize the call & ensure that is
closed as per committed date and time
Escalate the calls to vendor manager in case if they are not able to convince the customer
Key the comments in the CRM about the information given to the customer
Should be a graduate in any stream
Should have good communication skill
Should be proficient in Ms- office
Hindi speaking is an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills
