Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Second Line Customer Support
Remote Integration and SWDP Support
At least 3 year experience in Ericsson GSM RAN nodes (RBS, APZ, BSC).
Familiar to the Radio Access Network Support & Supply activities
Work well under high pressure
Pro-active, customer-oriented with good customer communications.
