The primary responsibilities include:
Address grievance and employee related issues.
Support the Director HR for all HRBP related work.
Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.
Maintain a succession plan for all departments.
Manage employee relations.
Organize Fun Fridays related company events as part of the employee welfare and development initiatives.

Ability to comprehend the business needs and deliver high quality strategic HR initiatives.
Technical competence and organizational development skills to manage change on all levels.
Capability to apply metrics and make calculative decisions for the organisation.

Qualification: M.B.A. or equivalent, with proven academic track record.
