Job Description:

Support in retail training need analysis for business growth
• Ensured training targets & supported the company’s vision and mission
• Conduct needs and gaps analysis by visiting stores, meeting our internal customers and give inputs to the training head for planning various learning interventions

Support the department and team with content development
• Update and revise training modules and material based on business requirements
• Coordinate with the content development team to determine content & training needs
• Research, collect pictures and information required in the training module

Delivery of training across business
• Collaborate with relevant regional businesses or scheduled meetings with line managers/Operation teams such as RMs, ARMs, Cluster Managers etc. to develop a deep business knowledge and share ABCRE updates
• Deliver the required training days in a month as per plan and targets and ensure enthusiastic learning delivery
