Responsibilities are :
Manage current product portfolio and identify the new product requirements and introductionInteract with field teams and collect the market intelligence on regular basis and use for competitive positioning of productsAfter market channel pricing and improve marginsDesign Annual marketing calendar and support field team for timely execution . Scheme execution and measure the success rateData analysis on monthly basis – Primary and Secondary sales and feedback to field team on concern areasWork with Marcom team and develop POP and Merchandise for complete product offerings using a combination of graphical and textual elements. The ability to choose the correct type of model for a particular set of information, depending on the type of information to be communicated as well as the audience who will consume the information.
Supports the management of key product line lifecycles. Understands market and industry trends. Participates in new product introduction and existing product change introduction. Responsible for supporting the development and deployment of specific product, price, place and promotional plans for a product line(s) that result in profitable growth.Facilitates the development of product introduction plans.Understands and deploys all aspects of the marketing promotional matrix to ensure the successful launch of new products.Understands available marketing resources and uses those resources appropriately and as needed to support the product range.Develops content product literature with product specifications, cross reference, and other information; develops global training material content.
