Job Description:
To assess Warranty claims in line with the FORDadvisory literature / publications
To keep abreast of the changes in Warranty& policy, market profile, work instruction and other relevancy to claimassessment.
Use own initiative/experience to assess asituation and make a judgement, but to seek guidance if in doubt.
Working with a number of other colleagues ona similar level, reporting to the Manager.

EDUCATION: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical)

EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 years of Hands on experience in warranty operations / Vehicle service department (Passenger car/Tractors/Trucks/Commercial vehicles) with Automotive OEM/dealer preferably experienced at vehicle servicing / warranty data processing.  Previous experience with Ford warranty at Dealer level is ideal

SKILLS: Good communicator with good interpersonal skills, Technical diagnostic skills or Basic technical, Warranty background, Computer literacy, Flexibility

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: The ability to perform well within a team or on your own.  Polite and a good communicator. To assist others within the team as and when required

SUPPORT: Training and development for role as and when required
