SERVIS2 is a cost effective, highly functional interim Warranty claim processing and Extended Service Business (ESB) registration and maintenance system, which provides a common approach within the Ford Asia Pacific and Ford South Africa (APA). The duties of a SERVIS2 analyst are outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtain business owner consensus, in all APA markets, on process detail
Business and systems support for the 13 Asia Pacific markets for warranty, warpec and ESB Claims (Australia, New Zealand, China (FCO), China (CAF), Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, South Africa, Indonesia, India, Lincoln, Japan,)
Central point of contact for APA Business stakeholders, ADS-APA, markets and third party providers
User Acceptance Testing, issue tracking, development, planning and execution prior to each monthly system Release
Develop communication and training plans to support each system release
Fill in for SERVIS2 Operations Supervisor – authority to sign-off and provide approval for system builds etc. on behalf SERVIS2 Operations Supervisor
Document & maintain all business process flows in relation to SERVIS2
OWS Support when required (One Warranty Solution is the future global warranty system)
Education: Any Degree. Additional IT qualification (MCA / PGDCA etc) will be preferred
Be a self-starter and have the ability to take responsibility for key program ‘milestones’ with minimal supervision.
Ability to work within a diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
Ability to formulate and lead teams, and ensure effective communication of deliverables to senior company management.
