Job Description & Qualifications:
Creation of CAE Models [System level / BIW / Full Vehicle]
Lead a large team to deliver fully assembled and running Safety CAE models for a multitude of vehicle programs across different regions.
Able to effectively manage competing requests and deliver large volumes of CAE models.
Ability to do Integration [Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections]
Able to run baseline CAE Safety Full vehicle analysis, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
Responsible for all documentation of all work and preparation of ‘lessons learnt’ documentation to provide benchmark knowledge for future work on other programs.
Execute as well as check the progress of the projects, and suggest alternatives whenever required to make sure the delivery milestones are met, with the appropriate quality and cost
Monitor the metrics for quality, cost and timing for the projects
Participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues

build a state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The facility is scheduled to be
operational later this year, with vehicles coming off-line in 2015. With Sanand being operational, Ford India will
double its manufacturing capacity in India with an installed capacity of 610,000 engines and 440,000 vehicles.
