Job Description:
The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the end to end delivery of Health & Insurance Programs for the APAC region to cover specifically for South Asian countries. This position will liaise with service providers for the required company provided Health & Insurance Benefits Plans to ensure administration in accordance with SLA’s and applicable plan rules, policies and government regulations.

Benefits Administration / Delivery
Ensures all company provided Health & Insurance plans are administered appropriately within government regulations and in accordance with company policies. Develops SLA’s per key performance indicators and continuously reviews the delivery model in alignment with changing program / process requirements or other changes. Monitors business controls for end to end process to ensure accuracy & compliance to govt regulations & company policies.
Research & log tier 3 escalations, claims and draft correspondence as required, liaise with required parties to make solid recommendations to internal and external legal to support issue resolution.

Bachelor’s degree
5 or more years of benefits plan administration or comparable experience and
3 or more years of supplier management experience
Proficiency in regulatory requirements related to Health & Insurance benefits administration, especially for South Asian countries
Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Visio a plus)
Strong oral and written communication skills in Englishis a must; proficiency in other languages, is a plus
