Responsibilities and KPI’s of the position:
Manage end to end business at the Key accounts with regards to sales , marketing & after SalesDrive Sellout for all Key account partners (GT & LFR ) . Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of T3 reach,Ensure minimum threshold levels of extraction
Manage the Promoter Program from a productivity & hygiene the key accountsEnsure Instore & Outstore visibility as per the Organisation’s PlanogramEnsure hygiene of permanent and semi-permanent fixtures deployed by the OrganisationEnsure upward movement of the B to A , A to A+ as per targets specified by the organizationEnsure Stock & adequate range availability at any given point of timeDraw & execute a marketing calendar for his accounts
