The Global Insights & Analytics team will lead the organization by immersing the Consumer, Issuer, Merchant and other Customers in every conversation through delivering unbiased, actionable, forward-thinking insights that drive successful innovation, design and communication.
This position also plays a critical role in designing and providing critical data-driven intelligence to MasterCard management and customers in the regions, ensuring data and analytical integrity across multiple databases and tools. S/he is an expert in business and marketing analytics, data management, and database applications and tools and combines this expertise with interaction / integration skills that position this area as the go-to resources for Marketing Analytics across the organization.
Ability to demonstrate expertise in business and marketing analytics, data management, and database applications and tools.
Knowledge and understanding of analytic methodologies and database marketing best practices.
Sound business judgment and strategic planning skills
Ability to synthesize multiple intelligence and data sources
Experience influencing and directing people outside of their reporting structure
