JD for Functional consultant : Minimum 6 years as CRM Functional consultant, with implementation and upgrade experience. Experience on implementation and configurations of CRM Interaction center , sales and Middleware sub modules of CRM Experience on Work Force management and Knowledge Management . Understand the Clients Business Process ,Mapping the Business Process with SAP CRM Process Collecting and analyzing the requirements and Need to prepare Functional Specifications Configuring the SAP CRM system according to the requirement. Coordinating with technical team members to complete the technical requirements. Experience in integration of BCM with SAP CRM.
