EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
This role is primarily to provide the following actions to develop and grow the Education Solutions pipeline through the following activities:
• Developing and driving targeted outbound campaigns using a variety of available media and digital technologies.
• Actioning inbound programs quickly and effectively to accelerate opportunity creation.
• Reviewing aged pipeline by creating nurturing campaigns for discontinued leads.
• Collaboration with key teams across the business including SAP Marketing and Services Sales Business Development to devise and position Education Solutions in their demand generation activities for SAP customers.
• Evangelise both internally and across the Customer base the value and business benefits of engaging Education Solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is primarily responsible for the following:
• Support of MU Teams in developing and executing Education Solution relevant demand generation campaigns.
• Creation, monitoring and review of business development activities for Education solutions within Services Sales.
• Execution of the annual GTM Demand Generation calendar of key demand generation activities for the respective MU.
• Creation of Education Solution specific assets and collateral for marketing and communications.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
The preferred experiences, skills and qualifications for this role are as follows:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Generation or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience and success in high volume activity working environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of both Direct and Indirect channel dynamics.
• Local market knowledge and understanding.
• Following assets are a plus for this role:
o Knowledge of SAP Education Products and Services,
