Job Description:
• Scheduling meetings and appointments, organize and manage leader’s calendar
• Manage and prepare in-town & out-town TEV’s, reimbursements, corporate card statements and payments
• Manage travel arrangements for leaders
• Managing the agenda for visiting leaders
• Organizing and managing logistics for multiple team events such as town halls, team huddle, departmental team meetings, and employee birthday celebrations.
• Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and contractors.
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
Qualifications
• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience supporting a large team.
• Incumbent should have past experience in a personal/executive assistant or secretarial role supporting senior management
• Effective Communication with strong presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize & multi-task
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• High degree of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality
• Ability to network & build relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
• Tactful and discrete with a mature and professional attitude to work
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, and manage conflicting priorities on short notice
