Job Description & Qualifications:
Activate Supplier codes for new service suppliers after service purchasing approvals are received.
Create Supplier codes for non-production suppliers as requested by various departments including Marketing & Sales, Technical Service Operations and Ford warehouses.
Interact with Ford Purchasing for new Supplier codes.
Coordinate with Quality and New Model Sourcing Department for new service supplier information.
Interface with various Ford systems to identify supplier contact information.
Maintain supplier information and prepare monthly metrics.
