Job Description:
VDSI Organization is seeking individuals with strong experience in tactical Sourcing that includes activities associated with all of the administrative aspects of the Sourcing process. Activities include Contract creation in the SAP Contract Management system, administration of documentation to the SAP system, Supplier Name Change facilitation between Sourcing,
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Supplier Registration by providing Suppliers with information on how to register within the ARIBA portal
Creation of contract numbers in Sourcing system and Contract Approval Sheet forms by reviewing the contract related information like entity, date, pricing, Supplier details etc
Contract Administration activities including uploading executed contract documents and other internal documentation in the appropriate areas within the vSource SAP Sourcing System
Facilitate coordination of name changes in Sourcing, Global Procurement Operations (GPO) and AP systems
Provide support to Sourcing for Sourcing Litigation checks by downloading litigation checks from a dedicated mailbox and uploading in the appropriate Supplier Agreement
Provide helpdesk support to stakeholders for the Sourcing Request Form (SRF) creation
Certificate of Insurance (COI) maintenance, Certificate of MWDVBE maintenance, work with Supplier on securing Environmental Health and Safety Screening (EHS), etc
Required Skills:
At least 3+ years’ of relevant experience in a Sourcing environment
Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external relationships are critical to this role
Candidate must possess extreme willingness to learn & adapt to the varied business requirements & demands
