- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2;
- Certified Information Security Management (CISM) from ISACA;
- ISO 27001 from approved Certifying body;
- SOC Security Technology (such as SIEM, UEBA etc.) Certification fromOEM;
- Any other equivalent cyber security certification
AGE LIMIT & RELAXATION:
SC/ ST/ EWS candidates will be considered on par with UR criteria.In respect of Posts identified as suitable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities(PwBDs), Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 10 years, which will be over and above
the age limit prescribed above;Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of the Candidates who hadordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989;
Relaxation in Age limit in respect of Ex-Servicemen & Serving Officers will beextended as per rules;
Relaxation / Reservation / Concession as applicable to SC/ ST / OBC-NCL / PwBD/ XSM candidates will be extended only on submission of a self attested copy ofvalid caste / disability certificate / discharge certificate as proof of his / her claim.

About Us :
He joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in 1987 as a Management Trainee, and has about 33 years of experience in the areas of Manufacturing, Assembly, Overhaul, Upgrades, Customer support, Indigenisation and other Management functions. He worked in various Divisions/Offices like Overhaul Division, Aircraft Division, LCA Tejas Division and Corporate Office. He is known for his contributions in managing new Fighter Aircraft Manufacturing, Overhaul and Upgrade from project inception to execution stage. In his stint at corporate planning he has played a significant role in framing perspective plans of the Company. He was instrumental in establishment of Repair & Overhaul and Upgrade facility for Kiran, Hawk and Mirage Aircraft at Overhaul Division. He was instrumental in developing indigenously high value Ground Support Equipment / Ground Handling Equipment for Overhaul and Upgrade lines. He has also served as Director on two (2) Joint Venture Companies of HAL.
