- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
- Should have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong expertise in SQL and a good understanding of HCM tables
- Good hands-on HCM Extracts / BIP / OTBI Analyses & Dashboards.
- Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates.
- Hands-on experience in customizing Payslip templates
- Expertise in different Sandbox tools like HCM Design Experience Studio, Page Composer, Structure, etc.
- Good understanding of Roles and Application security.
- Must have worked in Data Migration of Core HR, Absence and Payroll Objects for implementation projects
- Good understanding of using SOAP web services and Rest APIs and able to help the OIC PaaS team.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Good to have functional knowledge in at least two of the below modules.
- Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and, OTL
- Experience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
